How much charging power is there?

It depends on the charging protocol supported by the host. This product supports PD 3.0, PPS adaptive, up to 100W, downward compatible. Compatible with FCP, SCP, AFC, QC3.0 (downward compatible), Note: The max charging speed of Steam Deck is 45W.

Can I extend the screen for my iPad/phone?

Yes, our product is USB-C full interface, support Mac OS, Windows, Linux, Android mainstream operating system with TPYE-C port products, but also can provide charging for the host.

Why am I not experiencing 4K@60Hz?

Please check if your device supports 4K@60Hz and set the 4K@60Hz output successfully, and then make sure your HDMI cable is HDMI 2.0 or higher, and you also need to set the 4K@60Hz output in the game.

Why does it keep getting stuck/dropping/not reaching 60Hz?

Please check whether the HDMI cable is properly connected. It is recommended to use a HDMI 2.0 cable and use an RJ45 port to directly connect to the network. Use a power adapter via PD port to provide sufficient working power to the Hub.

Why charge while reminding the battery is low/cannot be charged?

Please check whether the charger is damaged. If not, please replace a charger with PD fast charge protocol to improve charging speed. If it has PD fast charge protocol, check whether the charging cable is damaged or whether it supports fast charging.
